Event ICT, something very different!
ICT is a keystone for every event. Due to the character of events, flexibility and creativity are the most important features needed to make it all work. Our services are unlimited. We only work with professional partners and equipment because an event is very brief and functionality is a must.
European athletics championships
For the European Athletics Chamionships we were asked by Riedel Communications to do the configuration and monitoring of the Wi-Fi network for organisations and press.
We started with configuring, finetuning and troubleshooting the area for the press located in the arena. This resulted in a stabil and fast network all over the location, during the complete event (the finals were in different locations in Amsterdam City every day so equipement was moved several times over the event).
Shell-Eco Marathon
In cooperation with the Event Engineers we’ve aranged all ICT for the Shell Eco Marathon for years now.
First in Rotterdam the Netherlands but currently also in London City. A part of the city is rebuild into a race track were reliable Wi-Fi and ICT is delivered for the time of the event. The uplink is delivered through a P2P system over a couple of Km’s.
Wi-Fi is used by the organisation, the press, the standowners , the race teams, the race cars and the guests offcourse.
Rowwen Heze slotconcert
Completely in-house we deliver all internet facilities for the final concert of the year for Rowwen Heze.
The uplink is delivered through the air with high masts and a P2P connection from the nearest village to the open concert field (3-4 kilometers).
The network is used by: the organisation, payment terminals, VIPs and the guests.
