Transport and logistics
The complete production and logistical process within Havens is automated by Brainpact B.V. Even the trucks are equiped with tablets connected to Wi-FI.
The connecting and roaming process resulted in difficulties. We were asked to investigate and solve the issues.
At first we did some minor configuration changes so the RFID scanners would not interfere anymore with the Wi-Fi. At the end the complete Wi-Fi network was migrated from 802.11g to 802.11ac.
Combined bussiness centre
The building ‘Het Corpac huis’ in Tilburg the Netherlands were experiencing Wi-Fi issues. All tenants brought their own Wi-FI material and created their own systems.
By implementing an overall Wi-Fi network the total number of SSIDs was brought down to a minimum and the overall performance increased significantly. Tennants are now able to work and cooperate anywere they want, secure and fast.
Implemenations of PPSK and VLAN combinations made this possible.
Catering industry
Wi-Fi in the catering industry is no longer just for the guests! ATM’s and equipment to register orders are more and more connected via Wi-Fi.
Even when the restaurant is filled with guests using the Wi-Fi network, ATM’s may never fail.
By implementing QoS on the Wi-FI network, these ATM’s will continue working even when the area is filled with your guests!
